The case dealt with the ownership of a tract of waste land partly in p. Llanfrothen and partly in p. Ffestiniog in co. Mer. which the defendants claimed as being part of the farms called Parke, Coed du and Penrallt and which the Crown claimed as forming part of the wastes of the hundred of Ardudwy within man.
