DRAFT LETTER: A[nna] H[elen] T[roughton] at Carnarvon to Lord Nelson's [father?] Congratulates the father on, '... ye great and unparallel Actions of yr Noble Son'; and the fact that Nelson has been honoured by the King.

[This letter refers to the victory of the Nile gained by Nelson on August 1 1798. In November of that year he was created Baron Nelson of the Nile and Burnham Thorpe].
