Sterling writing in the absence of Miss Palliser. Encloses few leaflets explaining how vote would improve conditions for working women; some valuable ones are out of print of date. Also mentions a few points; Trade Unions more powerful where workers are well paid, therefore women's unions would be weak. Legislation to improve conditions of group enfranchised has followed each Reform Bill - instances quoted.
