Printed copy of speech made by Keir Hardie MP on 18 Feb at a meeting held to welcome Deputation of Women Textile Workers from Lancashire and Yorkshire Chelsea Town Hall. Praise work done by upper and middle class women, but is sure there is no hope of success fro Suffrage Movement until it has support of working women. Disposes of various arguments advanced against granting of the vote to women.
