MacArthur was the Secretary of Women's Trade Union League. Executive Committee of London Society for Women's Suffrage will be glad to lend emblems to Women's Trade Union League as requested by Mrs Ramsay MacDonald, for use in pageant in Earl's Court Exhibition on 17 Jul, on condition that Women'' Trade Union League will be responsible for all arrangements and expenses, will make good any damage and will announce on notice of pageant 'Emblems designed and made by Artists' Suffrage League for recent Congress of International Woman Suffrage Alliance'
