CONVEYANCE of Caemawr (Ystradgynlais parish, Brec), Ddefadfa (Llangadock parish), Tyr yr Inn otherwise Llwynyronnen, Tyr gwayn Henry otherwise Heal Henry (Bettws parish), for the purpose of barring the estate tail of the said David Jones and all remainders expectant thereon. The entail had teen created by the terms of the will, dated 21 April 1821, of Richard Jones of Cwmllynfell, gentleman, to the use of his youngest son the said David Jones and the heirs of his body.
