Scope and Content

Devise the house where their son David lives, to him. Devise property called Câe Llithro and Câe Rogwr, p. Cwmd, co. Brec., to their son William, subject to the payment of £20 to his sister Jonnet, and also the house where testators live, in p. Langunider. Devise a meesuage called Tregraig, in p. Cwmd, to their sons John and Thomas on condition that they pay £10 if demanded, to Elizabeth Bulcott. Various bequests to relatives. Copy.
