Scope and Content

Devises real and personal property in p. Cwmdu to David James of p. Llangasney Tal llyn, co. Brec., farmer, and David John David of p. Llangunider, co. Brec., cooper, in trust for his daughter Mary David, until she becomes 21 years old, but if she dies, to his nephew John David. Devises a house with appurtenances in the village of Llangunider to Gwenllian Powell, his sister, the wife of Thomas Powell, and the house and garden where he lives to David John David, his brother. A few bequests to relatives. Inventory attached.
