Scope and Content

Devises house, shop and garden in the village of Llangunider, p. Llangunider, to Thomas, John and William, his sons, also one half of a m. and field called Tregraig, p. Cwmdu, co. Brec., to his children, after the decease of Jane David, testator's mother, and Elizabeth Bullcott, testator's aunt. Nominates David Davies and William Davies, his brothers, trustees of his children till they become 21 years of age. Appoints Dudfil, his wife, executrix. Inventory attached.
