Printed notice of meeting at which it was resolved to erect a monument to the memory of Wallace at Glasgow, 10 March 1819. On the back are some mock-medieval verses written in pencil by William Motherwell. Apparently collected by P.A. Ramsay with the intention of writing a life of Motherwell and producing an enlarged edition of his poems
