Interview with Haim Levkov (1916-1998) was later involved the elite Jewish militia, the Palmach. The other interviewee. "Soukenik" may not be former SNS member Yigal Yalon, whose birth name was Soukenik. Yalon denied knowing Wingate personally in his interview with Hay (HOW/18).

Levacov (Haim Levkov) describes Lt. Bredin ("Breeden"), says Wingate recommended several Jewish SNS members should be mentioned in dispatches but in the event only A Akavia was [Wingate received the DSO and his British lieutenants MCs] .
