Scope and Content

From J. Griffiths in Pontypool [Griffiths described himself as a 'Pontypool Brother'] to Howell Harris, William Seward and Mr S-s. He hopes that they excuse his crowding their names together – this is not for want of respect, for they are all very dear to him and he longs to hear from them, to hear what God is doing, what kind of treatment they have received. Spiritual matters are further discussed in detail.

The world rages against the evangelicals and Griffiths himself has witnessed this – [George] Whitefield has been here. May the Lord help them. Spiritual matters are discussed in detail.
