On his reading the news that the publication of 'New Times' after 20 years would cease (This letter is quoted from in David Mitchell's 'The Fighting Pankhhursts' 1967) The copy of the letter was enclosed in Sylvia's letter to Teresa Billington Greig. Her comment at the end is 'May I suggest there is a world of ideas envisaged by that letter quite beyond the ken of the Suffragettes at the Queen's Hall and Clement's Inn'. Letter undated.
