Thanks her for her letter and writes for further advice on care of illegitimate children by Alice Society, founded by her mother (Q.Victoria's daughter) of which she is now President. Under present system Society loses control of children at age of 6 when they go to school and cannot supervise foster parents etc., as is done with orphans (with envelope).
