Faithfull writing on behalf of Mr Aird. Mr Aird had been active in promoting the interests of women printers. Miss Bethell was a relation of Richard Bethell 1st Lord Westbury, appointed Chancellor 1861. She asks Miss Bethell to bring his petition (enclosed) before the notice of Lord Westbury who had already promised to look into the matter. No date but soon after 1861.
