The volume was typed at Mrs Marshall's Type-Writing Office, 126 Strand [London] and bears the date 14 February [18]96. Although the volume does not state its authorship, Fanny was co-authored by George R. Sims and Cecil Raleigh. [It is known that a production was staged at the Standard Theater, New York, in 1893].
