Referring to the immorality of the times and the vice involving young girls.With accompanying note suggesting that 'this is almost certainly to WT Stead (editor of the Pall Mall Gazette which had published 'The Modern Tribute to the Modern Babylon') when he was in prison in late 1885. No date.
