1 William Dawtrey of More within the parish of Petworthe, Sussex, esq. 2 John Heberden of Wullavington, yeoman. Bargain and Sale of a barn, the well garden with five closes called Comes gate, the hasell furlonge, the blake landes, the Bromeworthe hale and the snapefielde and also a piece of land called the Redens with a meadow thereunto adjoining, all in Graffam, two crofts of land called the grene crofte and the watergate crofe in Graffam aforesaid, a parcel of land called the greatt Cutts, and Redd lande in Burton and Loddesworthe, and a yearly rent of 24s. payable out of lands in Loddesworthe and Burton aforesaid called fyslee and shutwoll, all in Sussex. Final Concord in a fine levied between John Heberden, plaintiff, and William Dawtrey, esq., deforciant, when the deforciant acknowledged two barns, one garden, 152 a. of land, and 24s. rent in Graffam, Burton, and Loddesworthe to be the right of the plaintiff.
