1 Henry Booker of Midhurst, Sussex, blacksmith. 2 Robert Bowes of the parish of Tillington, gent. Grant of a m., with the gateroom and garden thereunto adjoining called Drewes in Midhurst aforesaid; and Covenant for the further assurance of the same. Consideration: £60. [Other names mentioned: Ivyes garden, Morriscroftes otherwise Josephes Croftes.]. On the dorse is a memorandum of attornment, 20 Oct. 1631, from Peter Bettesworth, tenant to part of the m. and garden within granted, to the within-named Robert Bowes. 'Donor H. Jenkins Davies.'.
