CONVEYANCE of a messuge or farmhouse at Holyhead known as Cae Serri together with all the outhouses, building and farm and the several inclosures of land held with the farm containing together 5 and a half ac. The conveyance cites the transference by the Governors of Queen Anne's Bounty under the Welsh Church Act 1914 to the Representative Body of the Church in Wales
