Holyhead consisting of the messuage , dwellinghouse garden and several closes, pieces or parcels of arable meadow and pasture, the site of the messuage or dwellinghouse and garden 10p. Caer Llyn 1r. 30p. Caer flaen drws Iac.1r. Cae Canal 1ac. 1r, Weyn 3r.11p. Cae Isaf 1ac. 2p. which messauge is bounded on the north lands of the Marquis of Anglesey on the south by the road leading from South Stack lighthouse to Holyhead and on all other parts by lands of Sir John Thomas Stanley bart, which lands had been in the tenure of Humphrey Herbert Jones. The intention of this lease is that the property may be conveyed by bargain and sale under the statute of uses .
