Arthur, 2nd Baron Ormathwaite of Ormathwaite, Cumberland, and Horace Dormer Trelawny of Shotwick Park, Cheshire, esq., and. 2. George Ashley Dodd of Surrenden Dering near Ashford, Kent, esq., Alfred William Holmes of Makeney Lodge, near Derby, esq., Ernest Howell Thurlow, a major in Her Majesty's Army, and James Bowker of No. 6 Bedford Row, solicitor, being an assignment of part of the mortgage contained in a deed of 31 March 1849 between John Owens and John Benn, 1st Baron Ormathwaite, then Sir John Benn Walsh, bart, and therein called Sir John Walsh, bart.
