Administrative / Biographical History

Kelvin Gosnell is a British comics writer and editor who edited, co-created and wrote for 2000AD. Pat Mills has been referred to as the "Godfather of Comics" because he and John Wagner revolutionized British Boys Comics. Mills is best known for helping create Judge Dredd as well as his war comic "Charley's War" which revolutionized the telling of war comics and continues to be influential today. John Wagner is an American-born Scottish comics writer who began writing in Dundee as an editorial assistant at DC Thomson. He began submitting freelance work to IPC magazines and went on to co-create the character Judge Dredd. Wagner has written hundreds of comics for 2000AD, Marvel, DC, IPC, and Dark Horse among others.
