Scope and Content

The house, located in Conway, has 'Benville' written across the top [the name of the family home in Deganwy]. It was sent to Mrs Tennyson Smith, Boston, Mass. U.S.A. and redirected to Huston, Texas. It has the ironical message, 'Must I engage this house for you by you[r] return. Ed. would have peace here couldn't move furniture up and down'.
