Denb., gent., dec., Ellen David, alias Lloyd, of Hendre aforesaid, widow, relict of the said Thomas Lloyd and mother of the said William Lloyd and John Lloyd of Pengwerne, co. Flint, gent., son, heir and executor of John Lloyd, late of Rossa and formerly of Wickwer, co. Denb., gent., dec. 2 Thomas Griffith of Henllan, co. Denb., gent. Release of the capital m. and lands wherein the said Thomas Lloyd did formerly dwell and the m's and lands now in the tenure of Griffith Cadwalader, Thomas Williams of Penporchell, Thomas Williams of Twysog, Richard Evans and Hugh Williams, and the m's and lands called Tuthun y Gors and ffrith yr ynys, all in Penporchell aforesaid, and a m. in Twysog formerly in the tenure of Thomas Anwyll, now in the tenure of Thomas Williams of Twysog, and all other m's and lands of the said William Lloyd in p's Llanyfydd and Henllan, co. Denb. (£1,122131 Of the consideration money of £1,350 paid to the said John Lloyd by direction of the said William Lloyd in obedience to a decree in the chancery of the Great Sessions for co. Flint, 1 Oct. 1695, obtained by the said John Lloyd against the said Willam Lloyd and made absolute by the Great Sessions for co. Denb., 30 April 1696).
