Rad. and Herefordshire, four parcels of meadow ground called the passes, the great Meadow, Three Men's Math, and the Red Meadow in t. Stapleton, p. Presteign, Herefordshire, three parcels of meadow called The half Acre, Eight Men's Math, and the Twelve Acres in the said t. Stapleton, a m. and a parcel of ground in Frog Street in Stapleton aforesaid, a m. and land called Stockin Farme in t's Willey and Stockin, p's Norton and Presteign, Herefordshire and co. Rad., a m., barn, and lands in p. Llandegley, co. Rad., a m. and lands called Castle Timoth, p. Llanano, co. Rad., the tithes of corn and hay growing on parcels of land belonging to Boultibrooke Mills and a farm there called Lycwern Farme adjoining Stockin Farme and on a parcel of ground late of Hugh Orelton, all in p's Norton and Presteign, Herefordshire and co. Rad., the annual rent of 20s. payable out of a parcel of ground adjoining to St Mary's Mills in Norton aforesaid, all that capital m. and land called Glanmihely in Killne Rhose and Drevor, p. Kerry, co. Mont., a m. and land called Glanmule, and a m., houses and lands called the New Invention in said p. Kerry, a capital m. and lands called Bodvach, the three water corn mills now reduced to two mills under one roof called Bodvach Mills, a m. and land called Ty'n y Twll, all that hill parcel of ground and pastureage called Coll Melin, all in t. Llanvyllin, several closes, fields and parcels of land in Bacheie, p. Llanvyllin, and Nant y Meichied, p. Myvod, co. Mont., the quit rent of 4s. issuing out of an estate called Maesmawr in p. Guildsfield, co. Mont., the quit rent of 4s. issuing out of an estate in Llanfair, co. Mont., and a quit rent of 2s. issuing out of a cottage and land called Coed y Llan in p. Llanvyllin aforesaid, and a tmt and parcels of land in Brithdir, p. Llanrhaiader, co. Mont. Schedule annexed specifies mortgages, debts, etc., to be paid off by £4,000, part of the dowry of the said Anne Clough.
