Deed to lead the uses of a fine and a recovery to be suffered of a capital m. called Y pwll gwyn in Hendregaerwys, a m. called y pryssey in Skeiviog, alias Skiviock, and of all other m's, lands, etc., of the said Thomas Price the elder, Thomas Price the younger, and Grace Price or any of them in t's and p's Hendregaerwys, Skeiviog, alias Skeiviock, Caerwys, Pryssey, Huriathig, Carnethwen, Comb and Pottfarry or elsewhere in co. Flint. With a proviso for any charge of not more than £50 made by the will of the said Thomas Price the elder, for the benefit of John Price and Catherine Price, brother and sister of the said Thomas Price the younger and grandchildren of the said Thomas Price the elder.
