Scope and Content

Told her of the various steps she took to secure her release, obtaining signature, writing round etc. She wonders if Miss Billinghurst will help the Cause by making a short speech at their meeting on 5 Mar when Mrs Pankhurst is the speaker. 'To see you and hear you speak a few words as one who has recently undergone the horror of it (forcible feeding) I am sure would be very forcible'. She lists the members who went and sang outside the prison.
