1. John Edmunds of Bangor Iscoed, co. Flint, yeoman, and Sydney, his wife, eldest daughter of Richard Williams, late of Corvedwen, gent.

2. Richard Edwards of Ruthin, clerk and Edward Lloyd of Ruthin, clerk.

Declaration of the uses of a recovery suffered 24 March 1713/1714 upon a messuage and tenement in Tre'r-llan, together with the closes thereto belonging called Cae'r Odyn, Y Cae Canol, Cae'r Pistill, Cae Glas, Cae Gamdda Ucha, Cae Gamdda Isa, and Y Cae bychan, and of a parcel of land in Corvedwen called Gwerglod Gron, alias Cwttir - to the use of the said Richard Edwards and Edward Lloyd for 500 years upon the following trust to the use of the said John Edmunds and Sydney and of their heirs, but in default of same to the use of Dorothy Williams, sister of the said Sydney, and in default of her heirs to the use of Frances Williams another sister, and after her to the use of Mary Williams another sister.
