between Richard Edmunds of Pentre Mawr, Llandyrnog, gent., and Patty Clough of Glan-y-Wern, widow, whereby Richard Edmunds promises to convey to Patty Clough the fee simple and inheritance of a messuage and tenement called Pen Isa'r Waen in Llandyrnog, two cottages in Pen Isa'r Waen and a meadow called Gwerglodd Pwll Blething in Llandyrnog; while Patty Clough promises to pay to Richard Edmunds the sum of £1,300 purchase money for the premises.
