Scope and Content

Unsigned and undated (1855 watermark) will of Lewis Davies of Pencrug, p. Llanafan Fawr, farmer, made in compliance with a lease and release dated 20 and 21 April "instant" between him, his wife Ann Davies, his nephew David Davies and John Evans, gent., leaving an annuity of £10 and the use of two rooms at Pencrug to his wife for life, with remainder to David Davies, his heirs and assigns. See no. 43 (1829).
