Scope and Content

1. Thomas ap Rickard of Llanavan Vawr, co. Brec., yeoman, and Elizabeth verch Evan, his wife. 2. Richard Thomas of Llanavan aforesaid, son and heir-apparent of the said Thomas and Elizabeth. 3. Morgan Price and Morgan Evan, both of said p. Llanavan Vawr, gent's. Grant in trust of the several m's called Tir Penn y krygge, Tir Parth Ysguy, Pante y Krygge, Tir llwyn Onn, alias Tir Evan David ap Eynon, with their appurtenances, in said p. Llanavan Vawr; one third of the said properties to the use of the said Thomas and Elizabeth during their lifetime, and afterwards to the said Richard Thomas; two-thirds of the said properties to the immediate use of the said Richard Thomas.
