Scope and Content

Formal mounted portrait photographs in most cases. Includes Rev. James and Mrs Amos, children possibly from both marriages, Annie Amos in later years, several of William Bennett Pike as a young boy (most probably Annie and William's son William Bennett Pike (1873-1905)) and in theatrical costumes, some marked 'ADC', [presumably in performances at the fledgling Cambridge University Amateur Dramatic Club] and several family groups. A portrait marked 'Annie E. Pike' showing her as a young women may be of Annie's daughter of the same name, but this is unclear. Includes a photographic portrait of Dr. HenryWoodham (1813-1875), Fellow of Jesus College (brother of Annie's friend Catherine, who married William Webster Fisher, Downing Professor of the Laws of England). None of the photographs are dated, except later, and dates are very approximate.
