Ordinary Plaint Minute Books: Thorne County Court

These contain the date of entry and serial number of the plaint, the name, place of residence and trade of the defendant and plaintiff, brief particulars of the debt or claim, the amount of the judgment, costs and the order in respect of payment of the judgment.
