Among various items in English are found the following materials:

A: ff. 24r.-274r. Mentra vocabulary, with Malay or English equivalents. Approx. 50 entries. Romanized.

B: ff. 31v.-33r. Copies of two documents of Pĕnghulu of Cabau, persumably taken from the copies in MS 297483, vol. I (D). Said to have been ‘copied at the house of Pĕnghulu Sulong Arin of Chabau to whose ancestors they had been granted by the Dato’ Temenggong of Muar’. Malay, Arabic script, with pencil romanizations.

C: ff. 47r.-49r. French-Perak Sakai vocabulary, from published sources. Approx. 100 entries. Romanized.

D: ff. 50r.-73r. Comparative vocabulary, English-Mentra-Jakun-Bĕsisi, based on words collected by Blagden in the Malacca Territory. Over 300 entries, not complete for all languages. Romanized.

E: ff. 74r.-75r. French-Mentra vocabulary, from published sources. Approx. 40 entries. Romanized.

F: ff. 76r.-78r. Comparative vocabulary, German-aboriginal dialects of Malaya, from published sources. Including Ulu Kĕlantan, Ulu Patani, Palon, Ulu Indau. Approx. 80 entries, not complete for all languages. Romanized.

G: ff. 88r.-123r. Malay-Sĕnoi (Sakai) vocabulary by Hugh Clifford. With notes on Mon, Khmer, Bĕsisi, and Sĕmang equivalents. Over 400 entries. Romanized.

H: ff. 135r.-174v. ‘Fragmentary treatise on Malay law, copied from ex-Mata-mata Daud of Taboh Naning.’ Begins on f. 174v. Malay, Arabic script. From an original MS of 61 pp.
