Llanyblodwel, to Lawton Parry of Oldport, Shropshire, esq., by the devisees of the late Earl of Powis, 1821 (20/4); a conveyance of land lying in Mynydd y Bryn, and rents from m's called Bryn Farm and Watkins Tenement, part of the Glanyrafon estate, in the same p., to Margaret Parry of Glanyrafon, spinster, by the trustees of the late Earl of Powis, for £112, 1821 (20/6-7) and receipt for the payment of £170 by the said Margaret as representative of the said Lawton Parry, as compensation for value of lands exchanged in no. 14/4, 1822 (20/12).
