Scope and Content

Deeds including a grant of a pew in the church of Welshpool co. Mont., to Lawton Parry of Glanyrafon, p. Llanyblodwel, esq., 1796 (18/1); grant of liberty to the guardians of the poor in p's Montgomery and Welshpool, by the said LP, to lay pipes to convey water from his lands in t. Hem, p. Forden, to the Montgomery and Welshpool house of industry, 1799 (18/2); a conveyance of a piece of land called Erw Pant y Carreg in t. Bryn to the said LP by Thomas Netherton Parker of Sweeney Hall, Shropshire., esq., for £50, 1809 (18/3-4) and a receipt for the payment of £15 by David Hamer of Glanyrafon, esq., for a pew in the p. church of Llanyblodwel, 1836 (18/7). Original bundle, wrapper marked '17, Conveyance of a piece of land from Mr Parker a purchase deed of a pew in W. Pool church a deed from the guardians of Montgomery and Pool house of industry and a receipt for a pew in Llanyblodwel church'.
