Deeds relating mainly to a m. called Garth Ucha in p. Llanyblodwel, Shropshire, and to a m. and lands lying in Rhydgwillin in p's Llansilin and Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog, co. Denb., including probate of will of John Sheppard of the town of Oswestry, Shropshire, banker, 1811 (21/1); the post-nuptial settlement in pursuance of previous articles of John Allen of Great St Thomas the Apostle, London, broker, and Mary Edmunds, daughter of Edward Edmunds of Plas Onn, p. Llansanffraid, co. Mont., gent., 1815 (21/10-11), which contains references to m's called Tynytwll and Frongoch in t. Bodynfol, p. Llanfechan, a m. in Lower Street in the town of Llanfyllin, and a m. called Tyddin y Britain in t's Dolobran and Teirtref, p. Meifod, all in co. Mont.; a conveyance of the said m. called Garth Ucha to David Hamer of Glanyrafon, esq., and John Price of Cambridge, esq., by John Allen of Billiter Square, London, esq., for £4,185, 1830 (21/19-20), in trust to John Hamer of Glanyrafon, endorsed with the further conveyance of the said m. to the said John Hamer on attaining the age of twenty one, 1845, together with abstract of title, 1766-1827, c. 1830 (21/23).
