John Atkinson of North Duffield, husbandman, to Thomas Atkinson of Blackwood house, husbandman a messuage with appurtenances, a close called the moore close containing 7 acres, a close called the Brocks or Blackwoods adjoining the moor to the west and upon the water to the east; also a close called the threepence close containing 3 acres, with half of the turbary on the moor called the Blackwoods; also a parcel and a half of meadow within the ings of North Duffield, pa.
