Sir Thomas Rokeby, knight, Justice of the Court of Common Bench and Dame Ursula his wife, to Emma Weddell of York, widow, a messuage in old Coney street, alias Lendall street, in the city of York between the street and the river Ouse, with a garden, stable, coach house etc. formerly in the occupation of Sir Richard Osbaldeston, knight, deceased and then in.the possession of Sir Thomas Widdrington, knight, deceased; also one chamber with an inner chamber adjoining within the white rough cast buildings towards the river Ouse belonging to the dwellinghouse formerly inhabited by Leonard Weddell esq. (late husband of the said Emma) and now in the tenure of Thomas Langley; also one parcel of ground called the freer Garth in Old Coney street, 12 June 1691
