AGREEMENT TO LET Llwynteg pas of Newchurch and St. Peters in the co. boro’ of Carmarthen, excepting a small field near the Turnpike road, 3 other fields called Llainllwyd yrallt and Wauncuffelle and one other slang occupied by Richard Davies of Pistill. Endorsed with memorandum that [2] gave up possession of a part of the above lands called Waunyrfelin and the rent was reduced to £100 p.a. 5th October 1836.

Rent: £120 p.a.
