AGREEMENT TO LET a house garden and premises called Tymawr in the village of Llanpumpsaint, for the term of the lives of the said Henry Evans and his wife, now aged 21 or thereabouts.

Rent: £3 10s.

Endorsed with memorandum of agreement of [2]. to become tenant from year to year at a rent of £5 p.a. and as to the ownership of fittings in the said shop and house.

11th March 1848.
