Scope and Content

A letter to a draft by Peter Mead, presumably from Tulloch. Also contains the second draft of a commentary on The War against Japan [vol 2]; this was almost certainly written by Mead during his efforts to get revisions or qualifications to Kirby's third volume of The War against Japan.
