However, there appears to have been a change in the ordering of some of the pages when the book was published. Consequently, the page numbers given below as titles for pages 4-14 inclusive do not correspond to the page numbers of the printed book. The actual page numbers for each of these illustrations as it appears in the published edition (Puffin, 1975) are given in the description at item level. Pages 15-32 are reproduced in the printed book as numbered below.
