Two ross drawings of equal size side by side - one of a spinal tumour in situ and one after it has been removed. Annotations on the back read "Patient's name 23.7.54 sacrum-T7" and "Manchester University Geoffrey Jefferson". Drawn by one of Dorothy Davison's students.

Initialled by the artist at the bottom of both drawings.
