Administrative / Biographical History

Frank Robinson studied medicine at Owens College and received the MB ChB in 1891 and the MD in 1895 from Victoria University. He also took the DPH in 1901. A public health specialist he worked as assistant MOH for West Riding Council and was MOH and School Medical officer for Cambridgeshire Council. He also lectured in sanitary law at Cambridge University.
