Black and white group photograph of The Ladies Rifle Club, approximately 26 women, most holding rifles, and at the front a group of two women, one man and three young boys. The photograph was taken outside, in Plymouth, the woman are all wearing hats and coats. One of the boys is marked with a cross in blue ink, indicating that he is one of Lady Astor's sons. Hand cut down leaving uneven edges, and pasted onto a page in the scrapbook.
Note: press cuttings on the page record that The Ladies Rifle Club combined with the Plymouth and District Club. It had 125 members, and was organised by Mrs Crowle, who may be featured in the photograph.
