Series contains minute books recording meetings held by the Executive Committee, Full Council and Propeganda Committee of the Hull and District Trades Council. Also present is a minute book relating to meetings held by the Joint May Day Committee, comprised of representatives from the Hull and District Trades Council and the local Labour Party. Additionally, there are two files of copy and rough minutes, agenda, annual reports etc. relating to meetings of the Trades Council in the period 1993-1996, which appear to have been added to the collection at a later date.
