Consists of copies of the files containing ASC minutes and agenda [the original files' index code being AS/N]. These files are contained on 7 reels of microfilm, each having a duplicate, making 14 reels in all. Also includes one box of three AS/N files, not transferred to microfilm.

The master copies of the microfilms (ASC/4/1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13) are closed to public inspection. The duplicate copies from which some confidential information has been extracted are open to public inspection (ASC/4/2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14).
