The document has been photocopied, cutting off the title on the first page. It consists of a reading list and questions, short essays on Entrism, Democratic Centralism, and United/Popular Fronts. Publications by Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, Leon Trotsky and Felix Morrow are referenced. The authors refer to themselves as a tendency. It also includes letters and reports on the progress of the organisation. (Possibly a Trotskyite manifesto).
